Somewhere in the last few years, "microdosing" quietly moved from Silicon Valley biohacker slang into something perimenopausal women are actually asking their doctors, their friends, and each other about.

I wanted to talk to someone who sits inside that question professionally, so I jumped when Eve Simonsen reached out. Eve is a certified psilocybin facilitator and microdosing guide, certified through Oregon's regulated program since 2023, who works with women navigating exactly this transition.
