Morgan Adams is a Richmond, Virginia holistic sleep coach, which means she works with women who struggle to get a good night's sleep consistently. 

Sleep issues are something she knows about intimately because she is a former insomniac who spent almost a decade using prescription sleeping medication, even though she knew that her overall sleep quality suffered from it. (She was groggy daily, and wait until you hear what her then-boyfriend said about it) 

We talk all about her journey to better sleep, how her perimenopausal fluctuations are impacting that now, her decision to help other people get there too, and lots of things we can do to do it better, including how a good night’s sleep actually starts first thing in the morning.
