Jennifer Aniston, airbrushing + where to go to feel good about ourselves

I’ve been wanting to branch out into video for awhile now, and plan to tackle some of the more confounding aspects of this peri/menopause transition that way, but I thought I’d stick a toe in the water with some thoughts on Jennifer Aniston’s Allure cover, the beauty and fitness industry, and finding confidence in the only place it’s ever been.
