I left a comment on a Substack recently, pointing out that there was no centrist option on a poll offered. Someone replied that “there’s no such thing as a centrist view”. But I know that’s not true – especially after five years of building Hotflash inc.
In a space increasingly polarized and commercialized, women who gather at Hotflash inc aren’t jumping to extremes or taking sides. We are asking questions. Looking at all our options. Being thoughtful. Trying to get the full picture and looking for the true truth.
That’s why, after five years, Hotflash inc is still here. We aren’t in the millions and there is no book deal (not yet, at least). I’ve certainly had my doubts along the way, but it’s become more clear to me than ever of late that this is a valuable white space – and one worth fortifying.
