In a small, promising study they maintained bone density, strength, and structure, particularly in the cortical bone, the dense outer layer of the skeleton. 🚻 URINARY TRACT: A Cureus systemic review of 11 studies (out of hundreds examined) found between 13.6% and 84.4% of women experience post-menopausal urinary incontinence, which falls under the umbrella of Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause.
