My first endocrinologist told me to take the progesterone 200 mg in the morning. After a month of drowsiness he suggested is the wrong dose NOT to take it in the evening. Ufffff!!!

Ivayla!! I was on vacation and didn't see this nonsense. How are these things even possible? Your comment is going into a new section of my weekend newsletter that I just created... 'Trust your doctor and...' The and will be in italics. How long did it take you to realize what was going on? How many sleepy and sluggish mornings did you have?

I went back to my GP (who corrected the AM vs PM mistake) begging for a change of specialist to someone in Women’s College Hospital as this guy was more specialized in diabetes. So two months of slowness and thank G I could take naps. Should have asked Google but decided the docs should know ;)
